NERC CIP Implementation Project Manager
CCCi has an opportunity for a NERC CIP Project Manager to work with our Energy client here in the Charlotte area.
NERC CIP PM Responsibilities:
-Manages multiple implementation projects within Fossil/Hydro Generation for NERC CIP Version 4.
-Manages full-life cycle project activities
-Staff an effective project team
-Plan the project, including scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality aspect of the project
-Execute the project within designed scope, cost and schedule limits
-Ensures definition of each team members' roles and responsibility
-Develops goals and expectations to align the project team
-Develops an effective communication plan to include the power plants involved, the support groups involved, the NERC CIP compliance team and upper management
Required Skills:
-4yr degree and background in regulatory compliance and/or utilities
-Demonstrated effective project management skills especially planning and directing work efforts, and motivating teammates
-Demonstrated success translating objectives into project plans
-Demonstrated success with scheduling and cost processes
-Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects within complex environments meeting quality, schedule, cost and safety expectations. Ability to effectively apply established project standards and change management processes
-Demonstrated experience managing highly complex projects
-Demonstrated ability to effectively track, analyze and trend project schedules to ensure successful and timely completion
-Experience using various project planning and scheduling tools to develop and manage project schedules. Demonstrated ability to successfully execute complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders within a large company.
