Responsibilities:
- Responsible for surveillance, maintenance and upgrades of VoIP and TDM
- Troubleshooting, identifying problems and implementing timely solutions to minimize or prevent service interruptions
- Providing technical support
- Supporting the customer onsite as a part of the team
Qualifications:
- 5 + years of experience on VoIP and TDM, with troubleshooting skills
- Proficient on Net Number CRE
- Has previous experience working in Technical Support
- Fluent in English language
