Telephony Architect is required by this niche consulting business as they continue their work on a major transformation programme for a leading Financial Services client of theirs.
You'll be able to demonstrate a specialist understanding of -
- Legacy and cloud-based Telephony/Voice architecture and solutions
- Cisco
- UCCX
- Call Centre experience
- Service-Now experience will be very beneficial
- Direct Routing knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with users and stakeholders at all levels, along with 3rd party vendor suppliers
- Strong documentation skills
