Description
This position will be located in Austin, TX. Relocation assistance is not provided, we are looking for local candidates.
Required Experience:
- Tier 3 network technical support experience for a large calbe MSO service provider
- Experience attending customer meetings, providing recommendations and best practices on network architectures, assist with new deployments and troubleshoot complex issues within the IP Networks
- Must have expert level knowledge on ASR9k, CRS M/C, 7609 hardware platforms, ISO & IOS-XR, MPLS, BGP/OSPF/ISIS, Multicast, LDP
- CCIE highly preferred
