Network Engineer: Firewall and Security SpecialistDaily rate up to €430.00
Location: Belgium
Contract Duration: 9 months
Clearance needed: SC clearance minimum
IntaPeople are working with a globally renowned organisation based in Belgium who are looking for a Network Engineer who's focussed on Firewalls and Cyber Security. All candidates must have SC clearance as a minimum so please don't apply without this. As it's based in Belgium and you need SC clearance you'll probably get the organisation in 3 guesses.
Within the contract, the successful candidate will be providing central administration across services, creating and developing Firewalls policies, providing technical support and also configuring all Firewall systems from scratch.
In order to be considered for this positions candidates need to have;
* Strong level of experience across Palo Alto Firewalls; ideally certified to PCCSA, PCNSA or PSNCSE level.
* Good level of experience across multiple OS and environments with a strong knowledge of security principles, practices and technologies.
* Strong experience across WAN, LAN and hardware components such as Switches and Routers.
* Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP protocols.
* Ability to implement, configure and support Firewalls from scratch.
As well as the above it'd be great for candidates to have experience with other Firewall vendors (Checkpoint, Juniper etc) and with system security requirements it's not essential but if you don't have this you will gain exposure to them moving forward.
