A major telecoms company based in London is looking for a Network Planner to join their forward thinking team.The successful Network Planner will need to be super sharp and have the ability to think outside the box.
The Network Division's Design, Plan & Build teams focus on developing our network, includes assessing and testing new technologies and tools.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and planning activities that incorporate the planning of fibre, coaxial and copper network installations.
- Produce planning packs containing information of civils routing, internal cable routes, health and safety risks and placement of customer equipment.
- This role is all about liaising with 3rdparty contractors/surveyors, internal teams and our customers and managing planning jobs through our workflow system.
The successful Network Planner will either currently be a technical telecoms professional with a desire to move into the network planning arena or a planning professional operating within a telecoms or utilities environment, such as a Network Engineer or Analyst. You will need to provide evidence of delivering customer requirements on time, every time, plus excellent budget management skills. Experience of project management techniques (planning, resource allocation, prioritisation, evaluation, escalation and collaboration) would be advantageous.
Rate: £400 - £500
