DESCRIPTION
The Network Services/Support consultant will provide WAN/LAN data network support. Requires understanding of Cisco WAN/LAN technologies, TCP/IP protocols, and transport (point to point, MPLS/EVPN, Frame Relay, ATM, CSU/DSU). Will be working in call center environment via Remedy based trouble-ticketing system.

Qualifications
  • Heavy Cisco Router/switch experience required.
  • VoIP experience preferred.
  • Requires government security clearance public security trust.
  • TCP/IP experience required.
  • Desired experience in the following: CCNA, LAN/WAN, VoIP, Frame Relay, ATM, Transport testing, and CSU/DSU
