Description:
-2nd Line incident management + small projects
-Receive and log user interactions
-Analyse the scope of the interaction
-Log incident, qualify and assign priority
-Accept incident and investigate solution
-Implement fix and check solution
-Closed the incident and document the solution
-Confirm fix/solution in order to close the interaction/event
-If necessary, insert resolution in knowledge base and/or push a problem
-Follow-up incident resolution
-Willing to work in shift between 7h30 and 18h
-Willing to turn in a guard system 1 week on 4
