Description
Amass Technology are looking for a German Speaking Network Engineer (Netzwerktechniker) for a 12-24 month freelancer project based in Vienna.This will require onsite working 4/5 days a week due to requirement taking from stakeholders
Your calling
• Ensuring the ongoing, highly available network operations
• Further development of the network infrastructure of the data center
• Error analysis / troubleshooting as 2nd and 3rd level support
• Monitoring and reporting
• Implementing and processing customer requirements
• Collaboration on architectural projects and topics
Your qualifications
• Completed technical training with an IT focus (HTL, FH, University)
• Several years of experience in operating complex data centre networks
• Knowledge of dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
• Ideally, knowledge of SDN, network virtualization/automation (Cisco ACI, Python, Terraform, Ansible) and cloud infrastructures (IaaS, AWS, PaaS in MS Azure)
• Certifications an advantage (Cisco CCNA, CCNP,...)
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills as well as a structured and flexible way of working
