Description
Responsibilities:
- daily KPI monitoring with customer teams
- isolating and addressing radio quality issues based on KPI analysis and observation
- vendor KPI definition support
- support for drive tests
- deployment support and new sites KPI acceptance process support
- ISO KPI verification during network upgrade (uncovering and isolating KPI regressions during upgrades)
- covering "day to day" optimization questions raised by customer
Other responsibilities:
- on demand troubleshooting of network radio quality issues,
- contributing to radio quality issues resolution by adding value from optimization viewpoint
Interfaces during workflow and activities:
- reporting to customer (Orange SK) optimization team manager
- based in customer radio optimization team (side by side with customer optimization engineers), while also interfacing other customer Radio Access Network teams (RAN engineering, radio design, drivetesters and field customer engineers)
- interacting also with non-customer/vendor subject matter experts (vendor RAN domain architect, vendor network planning and optimization experts, vendor solution architects)
Tools skills and experiences:
- Master skills in TEMS Ascom (TEMS logs analyses, drive tests procedures setup, drive test scripts setup)
- Master skills ACTIX (massive cluster drive test and KPI evaluation)
- Master skills in Network Performance Optimizer tool (A-LU PM tool/server)
- Good skills in various network analyzers
