Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Business Requirements and solution outcome for the Order to cash processing
- Develop a business vision for the O2C operating model
- Advise on best practice in customer billing and O2C processing for a global business
- Work closely with Senior stakeholders across the business throughout the project life cycle to ensure new procedures are understood and accepted
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience of defining and delivering major change in Finance and Operational areas
- Outstanding knowledge of the O2C processing in a global business
- Minimum of 5 years as in an operational lead role responsible for customer billing/order to cash processing and/or leading O2C projects to completion
- Experience of working with Zuora is desirable
