Occupational Therapist - Birmingham

Our client has a vacancy for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work in Birmingham. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this job is 24 per hour.

Duties Include -
- Completing assessment of need in respect of an individual's safety and independence within their home or temporary residential environment.
- Major Adaptations.
- Moving and Handling.

Requirements -
Applicants must have a recognised Occupational Therapist qualification, be HPC registered and have an in-date CRB. All applicants applying for this role must have at least 2 years NHS experience.
