Description
An Office 365 Engineer is currently required for a Managed Service client to be based on the end client site. The Office 365 Engineer should have strong experience in customer facing environments and support a range of IT technologies.
The successful Office 365 Engineer will have experience with the following technologies:
- General deskside support of O365 ie floor walking
- Application testing, help test applications that have dependency on older versions of Office
- Deployment support, ad hoc user support during initial client rollout/mailbox migration
- Priority activity: helping to clear 15GB worth of C: Drive space
