Office 365 Support infrastructure technical lead
For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for a French speaking Office 365 Support infrastructure technical lead for an initial 8 month extendable contract in France.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone moving away from a permanent job in to the world of freelance or a junior freelancer just starting out
The successful Office 365 Support infrastructure technical lead will have the following skills & experience:
Technical Skills (You do not need to have all these skills, at least 75% will be ok):
1. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online supporting MS Office 365 Outlook 2010 & 2013, OWA, and Lync, Skye(Online usage, troubleshooting, audio/video, and federation) are required.
2. Utilize Power Shell to administer Office 365,Monitor Office 365 cloud environment to identify issues, hands on support experience with O365 (exchange online, one drive, skype for business/Lync, Azure Active Directory Sync, Power Shell, Share Point Online).
3. Handling escalation calls on O365. Coordinating with MS support and local support
4. Enterprise experience in software distribution, packaging and deployment with LANDesk,
5. Hands on expertise on Windows Server Platforms, Expertise in Active Directory and Directory Synchronization tool.
6. Must be proficient in using incident/problem management tools such as Service Now.
7. Familiar with VMware tools & DNS, troubleshoot issues reported by the end-user community within the defined SLOs, and escalate to and work with Microsoft Technical Support when needed.
8. Familiar with Backup & Restoration Process.
9. Support the McAfee Email Gateway Appliances and apply patches/hot fixes and upgrades as required.
10. Collaborate with Global Communications, IT Security, and the Global Support Center as required.

Rates: €280 to €300 per day all inclusive.
