Job title - OneTrust Functional/Technical Consultant
Client Location - Remote, UK or Europe (CET +/- 2 hours)
Remote work offering - 100%
Client Industry - Manufacturing
Contract Length - 3 months
Contract type - Freelance
Project focus
A global enterprise has recently taken its OneTrust platform live and needs an experienced specialist to take ownership of post-go-live stabilisation. You will assess the platform, close outstanding implementation gaps, resolve priority production and configuration issues, provide hypercare to business users, and hand over a documented, stable platform to the internal team for BAU within 3 months. Starting November 2026, working language English.

Key skills and Experience required
- Proven hands-on OneTrust implementation and configuration experience
- Track record of post-go-live stabilisation and hypercare delivery
- Reviewing and remediating existing configuration against business and compliance requirements
- Troubleshooting both functional and technical platform issues
- Workflow configuration and optimisation for usability and stability
- Designing and configuring role-based permissions and access models
- Experience across OneTrust modules such as Privacy (DSAR, RoPA, Data Mapping), Consent & Preference / Cookie Compliance, TPRM and GRC
- Solid understanding of GDPR and privacy compliance
- Strong documentation and structured knowledge-transfer skills
- Delivery experience in global or enterprise environments
