Description:
As our client's, a major telecommunications business, Online Communications Manager for you work with anything and everything to do with managing, developing and editing our corporate website, operationally and strategically, with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You will work with content production and management, including video, together with the various content owners of the site to help them develop and restructure their information, better reach their target groups and reach their business goals. You will also identify and define required development projects and lead the efforts of external suppliers to deliver on those. You are the first point of contact for any issues, questions or bugs on the site, and therefore need to be able to troubleshoot a website. You deal with incoming emails from the member of the public, which means that you need to be service minded.

Develop Group solutions for; collaboration tools and channels such as video meetings, streaming, chat, etc.
Requirements:
You have several years of experience working with content management. You know how to write content for the web, are experienced in editing, structuring and migrating content and data, and you are knowledgeable about Search Engine Optimisation. You have been responsible for the planning and delivery various web/online/IT projects. You are fluent in written and spoken English as well as Swedish. Knowledge of Finnish is a plus. Previous experience of working with corporate communications, social media and dealing with external web and advertising agencies and suppliers is a plus. You need to have a sound level of understanding of web technology, but your editorial, project management and people skills are more important.
