We are looking for a
Onsite Support Representative (m/f)

Place: in the Zurich region
Branch: Ausländisch beherrschte Banken
Your tasks:
- Rollout of new hardware single workplace as well as bulk rollout for entire bank
- Moving of work desk and replacing defect components (PCs, laptops, printers, faxes & phones)
- Support end user on site with related issues which cannot be dealt with by the SD agents
- Manage second level support for the respective area
- Staging of desktop computers and migration from old to new platform
- Work towards SLA settings for the area
Your qualifications
- Expert in current hardware components (HP & Lenovo)
- Profound knowledge of Windows XP (current platform) & Windows 7 (future platform)
- Good knowledge of Office 2010 and newer versions
- Experience with on-site user training for standard software and PC configuration
- Experienced in the use of deployment tools (i.e. Altiris)
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)
