We are looking for a
Onsite Support Representative (m/f)

Reference: -en
Start: asap
Duration: 12 MM+
Place: in the Zurich region
Branch: Ausländisch beherrschte Banken

Your tasks:
  • Rollout of new hardware single workplace as well as bulk rollout for entire bank
  • Moving of work desk and replacing defect components (PCs, laptops, printers, faxes & phones)
  • Support end user on site with related issues which cannot be dealt with by the SD agents
  • Manage second level support for the respective area
  • Staging of desktop computers and migration from old to new platform
  • Work towards SLA settings for the area


Your qualifications
  • Expert in current hardware components (HP & Lenovo)
  • Profound knowledge of Windows XP (current platform) & Windows 7 (future platform)
  • Good knowledge of Office 2010 and newer versions
  • Experience with on-site user training for standard software and PC configuration
  • Experienced in the use of deployment tools (i.e. Altiris)
  • Good English language skills (spoken and written)
