Your tasks:
- Operational management of the activities of the specific department of the DC ensuring an efficient, safe and secure process
- Various departments roles of the DC like inbound, orderpick, outbound, returns, IPL (internal pallet logistics)
- Operational management of people and processes ensuring the highest quality and efficiency
- Managing the applicable key logistics levers and personnel costs
- Negotiation with suppliers
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferable in logistics
- Profound experience in a similar job preferably in a retail/logistics environment
- Experienced with (indirect) managing a large number of employees
- English and German language skills proficiency
