Operational Readiness - Support Model

My banking client has an initial 6 month contract opportunity for an Operational Readiness Manager, with experience in designing and rolling out a support function for a large scale programme. The role is based in London and is paying up to £550 per day.

The candidate must have:

- Experience with designing a support function for a user base of 500+

- Strong Financial Services experience

- Excellent Project Management experience

- Senior Stakeholder management skills
