Operations Manager - Corporate Investment Banking
Managing a team of 9 persons in mid office you will be responsible for effective daily management of the team, being a reference point in the field and tasks assigned to the mid-office and as such taking on the role of single point of contact for the internal team. Conducting interviews, developing objectives and year reviews.
The team role is helping new customers to be accepted (foreign companies) into the Bank. Therefore other duties include systematic review of existing customers and mid-office support. A large part of this role is focused on due diligence and customer relationship management.
Checking the truthfulness of documentation/information and content of said documents.
People management skills is essential, knowledge of Dutch & English is essential.
