ATG technical person (architect/senior developer)
Responsibilities
Requirement capture, Design, coding and debugging of ATG product features - version ATG 10, 11, 11.1, 11.2,11.3
Designs appropriate technical solutions to meet client business requirements by arriving at High level and Low level design document
Prepares all technical documentation for the project maintaining the traceability and also should mentor the team technically
Ensures the technical quality of project deliverables
Ability to convert product requirements into executable code
Undertake Code Reviews and proactively alert technical risks of the project
Must Have:
Must have performed architect/designer roles in earlier projects in Ecommerce arena
Must have in-depth knowledge of ATG Commerce architecture, best practices
Sound knowledge on J2EE application Servers
Should take complete ownership of technical solution
Must have technical understanding of overall architecture of landscape
Must have technical understanding of end to end business flows where there are complex integrations between multiple Legacy systems
Exposure to various application Servers (JBoss)
Exposure to various design patterns/frameworks
Experience in Unit Testing using JUnit
Commerce Project experience is a must
