Oracle, Business Objects Business Intelligence DeveloperOracle, Business Objects Business Intelligence Developer with expertise of data warehouse users and developers and is a key contributor to the Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence strategy of this banking clients project, based within Gloucester. This banking client is mine has a growing demand to bring in a Oracle, Business Objects Business Intelligence specialist developer with previous experience of SOX and Basel II to work within their data warehousing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a business intelligence specialist developer to work for a very strong banking client based in Gloucester. As the business intelligence developer you will be required to work closely with the business to configure and develop strong and scalable business intelligence solutions utilising core technologies - Oracle, Unix, Business Objects and Web development.
My clients IT Team is structured to provide efficient solutions for the business and their flow of data, therefore a previous background of investment banking would be mandatory. This team will require you to extract transact and load data from their internal databases using various ETL tools and support strategic Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions by applying technical IT expertise and business knowledge .
This is a contract position with the current market rates at £350pd.
Essential skills:
- Strong Oracle, Business Objects data warehousing skill set used within current roles.
- Previous banking experience is required
- SOX or Basel II or DPA experience
