Large Duluth client seeks a Oracle CRM Support Manager. Candidate will manage applications support of business critical applications specifically the clients implementation of the Oracle R12 EBusiness suite
Basic Requirements (general):
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
- 10 years experience with Oracle E-business Suite.
- 5 years experience leading a support organization.
- Experience working in large matrixed environments with offshore teams and outsourced application development/support teams.
- Experience working/managing vendors for production support & development projects.
- Strong Analytical, Testing, and Problem Solving skills, with attention to detail.
- 3+ years experience with SQL, strong relational database skills.
- People management skills.
- Previous experience working for a global organization.
Pay Rate: 60.00/HR
