Description
Seeking an experienced Oracle developer for a 6 month contract position at our development office in Cork. The successful candidate for this role will have a minimum of 4+ years commercial experience in Oracle technologies.
Responsibilities:
*Requirements analysis & Application Design
*Delivery of application developments using standard Oracle development methodologies
*Mentoring other developers within a project team
*Ensuring all QA procedures are satisfied in terms of process and documentation
*Bug Fixing and Enhancement Implementation
*Communication of designs to management and developers
Technical Profile:
*Proficient in SQL, PLSQL, stored procedures, UNIX Shell Scripting
*Ability to write performant SQL and PLSQL essential
*Knowledge of Oracle Financials 11i (AR/AP/GL), Crystal Reports, Oracle Forms/Reports 9i, Java, PReS (Document composition language), IBM WebSphere Data Interchange would be an advantage.
*Experience of Tools such as SQL
*PLUS, TOAD, SQL*LOADER, Redwood Explorer
