Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead - London - 12- 18 month global projectMy client requires an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM functional lead - London for a global project.
This is an extensive project that will allow you to put your skills to the test working within a large IT team. Skills mandatory:
Detailed knowledge understanding and experience of Oracle fusion HCM including:
- Ideally 1-2 year previous experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
- Core HR
- Oracle Self Service HR
- Oracle Learning Management
- Oracle Performance and Talent Management
- Absence Schemes
- Basic payroll
- Experience with data migration
- previous HCM experience - 8+ years Skills useful:
* Functional experience of other eBusiness Suite/peoplesoft modules (Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Projects) * Knowledge and experience of Oracle eBusiness Suite * consultancy, communication and stakeholder management skills * Demonstrate an understanding of the HRMS modules.
