Oracle HRMS Consultant (Arabic)
Oracle HRMS Consultant (Arabic) required by Whitehall Resources for a 6 month project based assignment in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
We require a Consultant with a valid Saudi ID that is available to join before
Skills/Experience Required:
* Experience in Core HR, Payroll, HR Self-Service and i-Recruitment Modules.
* Experience in ERP implementations including design, configuration, specification, development, testing, penalisation and documentation using Oracle OUM.
* Current Experience working with Oracle EBS R12.
* Fast Formula and ad-hoc reporting.
* Ability to work with AME.
* Experience with Saudi Arabia labor rules.
* Gathering customer requirements and mapping them onto the Oracle applications in the most efficient way maintaining best market practices and guaranteeing corporate standards.
* Experience of completing at least 1 full life cycle implementation project in HRMS Module.
* Fluent in Arabic and English is mandatory
