Oracle Retail Project Manager (French Speaking)
Oracle Retail Project Managers (x4) are required for a Greenfield Oracle Retail implementation based in France.
The successful candidate/s will be experienced Oracle Retail Project Managers who has a proven track record delivering Oracle Retail projects to successful conclusion across the whole life cycle of the project. This will involve scoping, planning, delivery as well as tracking progress and managing timelines, milestones, risks and resources. Leading people with a variety of different skills, be it within the SI or the end client as well as dealing with 3rd party integrator's. So, communication skills both in French and English are key to this role.
You will need to have fluent French language skills and a strong understanding and project delivery experience of the Oracle Retail product suite.
Essential Skills:
- Oracle Retail Project Manager with a track record of delivering full life cycle projects on time and on budget
- Fluent French language skills
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP Certification
- Knowledge and experience of Agile methods and working practices
- Experience in delivering complex retail ERP Integration focused projects in multi system landscape
- Good understanding of the Oracle Retail product suite, integration products (OSB, ODI, RIB, etc.) and Multi-Channel systems and environments
- Consultancy background with experience of engaging and influencing key stakeholders
- Proven relationship building skills at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent presentation skills
- Project management skills at an advanced level; managing and controlling multiple concurrent projects
- Effective facilitation and negotiating skills including reaching consensus and managing conflicting opinions
- Effective leadership and organisational skills
- Effective coaching and mentoring skills
