Essential:
-Considerable experience and knowledge of the support and analysis of Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Discoverer
-Skills in user acceptance testing
-Confident with call logging systems
-Experience in IT change and projects
Overview:
Leading FTSE 250 management company is seeking an Oracle Support Analyst. You will provide specialist functional and technical information within the Oracle e-business suit (EBS) R2. The role entails working with end users and providing support with a variety of issues and queries. This will include system changes, improvements, project support, training, documents and processes.
