For our big client we are looking for:
Oracle Technology Expert
TASKS
Provide expertise for the IT strategy and the IS architecture of the financial IS; guide the related projects to more integrated solutions and identify areas for improvements.
Provide expertise in the domain of relational database management
Present all developments done within the projects to user communities and act as a project promoter.
Work together with the users to perform functional requirements and business case analysis; negotiate with them the functionality to be offered in each release.
Produce software architecture documents, technical specifications and project planning.
Assist the testing team in defining the test processes, helping them in their realisation.
Produce documentation of studies, user requirements, feasibility studies, project follow-up, project management plan and other relevant documents.
Assure the quality of the technical and end-user documentation; assist the support team when needed.
Identification of the risks related to the applications' planning, design and implementation.
Production of the relevant artefacts defined
Assist the project manager in the various phases of the IT projects, in particular project execution and monitoring & controlling.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Very good knowledge in business process analysis, business process modelling, user requirements analysis and application design with both Client Server and web applications.
Experience in ERP information systems and related business processes (finance, logistics and accounting) is considered as asset.
Very good knowledge of Oracle database management systems and experience with multi-tired Java and Oracle-based web applications.
Very good experience in relational database design and modelling.
Very good knowledge of RUP and iterative software development.
Very good interpersonal skills and at least two years' experience with managing technical teams.
Knowledge of electronic procurement and related technologies, in particular EDI, Universal Business Language, electronic signatures, XSD, XML.
Good knowledge of SOA and data synchronization solutions (synchronous and asynchronous).
Experience with data transformation and migration between different information systems.
