Description
Organisation Design Specialist required to join this international media business who are undergoing a Back Office transformation programme. Reporting to the CEO you will work closely with the leadership team to help them work through the right operating model and structure for the Back Office functions You will provide advice on potential models, benchmarks, process efficiences and ensuring they have the right people in the right roles.
As the successful candidate you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience working with senior leaders on organisation design programmes.
- Ideally has worked across all Back Office functions and able to provide benchmarking advice on spans and layers
- Previous experience supporting a technology enabled programme and able to identify the potential process efficiencies.
- Experience supporting the establishment of shared service centres.
