Description
Organisational Development Consultant required for 6 month contract with public sector organisation in Edinburgh.
Duties will include:
- Working with the HR Director and relevant HR Business Partner to establish and make fully operational a staffing structure and business management processes in line with the purposes and responsibilities of the Directorate as described in the organisational review.
- Develop and implement a business plan and associated oversight arrangements for the Directorate
- Oversight of effective implementation of processes and efficient use of resources across the Directorate and develop and implement a training and development plan
- QA briefings, PQ's, advice and correspondance
Essential Skills:
- Successful experience of managing and delivering change
- Substantial business management experience
- Experience working in a similar OD capacity
