Outcome Testing Assistant - Banking - Cardiff
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Outcome Testing Assistant (Contract) to work for one of the UK's leading banks in Cardiff.
This role will offer the opportunity of a long term contract and excellent working environment.
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be testing calls for people in arrears and will be checking the calls to ensure everything has been done correctly.
- The calls are either tested by listening in on them or taking customers through a questionnaire and after the testing is complete the candidate will give a raw score for the case.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience of quality checking in a call centre.
- Candidates needs to be analytical and have a history of working within the financial services sector.
- Highly organised and have the ability to work well in a high pressured role.
- You will also be required to build relationships with stakeholders so strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Microsoft PowerPoint for producing reporting slides.
12 month contract - £102 per day
