A multinational facilities management company based in Hook is looking for an experienced and dynamic PA. The company provides staff for the healthcare industry across the UK. The main focus of the PA's job is to provide support to two Executive Directors.
The job will include booking national and international travel arrangements, managing the Directors' diaries, dealing with expenses and general admin duties.
The right person will have experience in working within a large, ever-changing organisation and have a strong service background. They must be able to quickly pick up new complex processes and be able to manage and organise a high workload. This is a highly pressurised role but comes with an excellent salary.
