Our semi-retired client is looking for additional PA/Household Support, mainly for driving/administration.
KEY DUTIES
- General wide-ranging administration. Strong MS Office 2010 skills are essential. Experience in completing forms (online and paper) dealing with local councils/government agencies etc. would be a big bonus. Other administration duties include, but are not limited to, general filing, online research and reconciling bank statements etc.
- Driving support to shops and amenities in Hitchin, Biggleswade, Welwyn Garden City and other local towns.
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
This could suit:
- A PA with specialist experience in household administration
- A senior home support professional (housekeeper, concierge etc. with strong household administration skills or
- A PA with both office and household administration experience comfortable working in a primarily household role
The client is looking for
- A graduate, preferably from a traditional university
- Proven track record and current experience of one to one PA support, preferably in a household environment
- Strong experience with administration/use of MS Office,
- Current experience of driving to and familiarity with local towns such as Hitchin, Biggleswade, Welwyn garden City etc.
- A positive, friendly and can-do approach
The client is looking for support for two sessions per week (3 hours) per session), exact days to be agreed. Extra hours are available to cover for holidays/sick leave and as required for ad-hoc needs. Typical hours will vary from 6 to 10 per week.
The pay rate is excellent at £25-30 per hour on a self-employed basis.
