Salt has partnered with a Leading PR Agency specialised in reputation management, public affairs, brand marketing, digital strategy, social engagement and content strategy. You will be joining them as Paid Social Account Director for a variety of global tier 1 brands.
You will focus on planning and implementing paid social media campaigns with the support of a junior team. The position will contribute to B2C, B2B, public affairs, and advocacy programs across a wide range of industry sectors, target audiences and global markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to recommend paid social strategies and ensure successful implementation;
- Manage multiple digital and social paid campaigns, liaising with other client leads and prioritising based on importance;
- Lead and participate in strategy development initiatives for existing clients and new business pitches;
- Contribute to on-going analytics reporting across several clients and industry sectors;
- Monitor market, cultural and paid social trends and interpret impact on customer behavioural shifts relevant to client business; relate changes to appropriate account team members and provide actionable insights and tactical recommendations;
- Inspiring, mentoring and motivating junior team members to build a highly engaged, inclusive and productive team;
- Deliver continuous feedback; provide guidance, counsel and support to colleagues.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experienced creating paid social campaigns on channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, including creating ads, managing budgets, optimising content and reporting;
- Ability to quickly spot patterns and surface actionable insights;
- Ability to manage large, complex budgets including multiple channels and audiences;
- Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analysing and interpreting paid social data from standard software packages and native social media channels;
- Experienced with web analytics packages such as Google Analytics.
