Description
My NHS client based in London is currently recruiting for a Pathway Redesign Manager for a minimum of 6 months.You will need to have experience of:
- Planned Care / Unplanned Care / Urgent Care / Long Term Conditions
- QIPP
- Service Redesign / Pathway Redesign
Job Functions / Responsibilities:
- Development of effective working relationships with local GP commissioners
- Analysing complex information
- Enabling and leading discussions
- Facilitating the negotiation of agreed outcomes
- Development of business cases and implementation plans for ratification by the consortium
- Act as the directorate lead to develop and sustain partnerships with local stakeholders
- To act as an expert resource in the postholder's lead area (Planned Care, Unplanned Care or LTC), including understanding National and Local policy guidance and quality standards
- Develop service specifications
- Develop and be responsible for leading on the implementation of QIPP plans
- Ensure that patient involvement is central to redesign work and that new services enable patients to be given choice on treatment options, services and access
This is an immediate start 6 month role. Day rate is negotiable.
