Description

Pay & Reward Specialist is required for a contract position in Sheffield, UK.

Sopra Steria Recruitment working in partnership with a major public sector client in the UK. Our Government client is looking for a Pay & Reward Specialist, this will be a contract role for 7 months initially.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The specialist should have expertise in total reward, including the design, development and implementation of pay and reward strategy, pay modelling, reward benchmarking and the associated terms and conditions.
They should have expertise in employee benefits and pensions as part of the reward proposition.
They should also have expertise in performance management and associated performance pay.
Ideally they should also have experience of engaging with Cabinet office and Treasury on pay, experience of TUPE and an understanding of both public and private sector reward.
We are looking for some-one with proven expertise in developing and implementing pay strategy and terms and conditions.
Expertise and ability in pay modelling.
Expertise in developing and implementing total reward.
Expertise in developing reward for the public sector, private sector and technology industry and leadership skills in negotiating, influencing, delivering at pace and communicating.
