Description
I am searching for a PCS7 Freelancer who is interested in a 6-month long project (Extension possible) working for a brewing company in Stuttgart.This project is mostly remote but requires 3 weeks to start then one week per month onsite afterwards.
Key skills and Experience required:
• Develop HMI design and PLC code in accordance with P&ID, PD, or FDS specifications.
• Integrate the system into the PCS7 DCS platform for streamlined process control and monitoring.
• Configure PCS7 BATCH for the creation and management of unit recipes, ensuring batch consistency and efficiency.
• Establish PCS7 Route Control to facilitate the preparation and optimization of process routes.
• Conduct functional testing (FAT) in collaboration with technologists to validate system performance and compliance.
• Execute commissioning activities alongside electrical contractors on-site to ensure system functionality and reliability.
• Facilitate the ramp-up phase in partnership with the Technology department to smoothly transition into full-scale operation.
• Provide comprehensive on-site training sessions for operators to equip them with the necessary skills for efficient system operation and troubleshooting.
