Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Pension Client Support to join their team for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

* Be responsible for chasing through cases submitted to providers through to completion, recognising and resolving any queries, documenting progress.
* Liaising with ceding schemes in relation to transfer cases, documenting progress.
* Ensuring policy documentation/contract note accuracy, recognising and resolving any queries.
* Enhancing the plan level date within the client record with information relevant to the plan/product type.
* Ensuring relevant valuation data feeds are synced to the record.
* Ensure relevant estimates are present and receiving relevant fees within the finance (CommPay) section of the Back Office system.
