Our Global Transaction Banking division is a market leader across Europe, the Middle East and Africa - and is growing fast across the Americas and Asia Pacific. As a Personal Assistant (PA) you'll be involved with management of complex meetings and schedules, international travel arrangements and ensuring all relevant expenses are reimbursed within Deutsche Bank Policy guidelines in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating complex calendars and schedules to ensure effective time management and prioritisation of engagements where necessary
  • Owning the setup of meetings across multiple time zones, booking rooms, organising passes and coordinating catering so that events run without disruption
  • Facilitating travel plans, including planning and booking detailed travel itineraries (flights, hotels, visas) and reimbursement of travel expenses
  • Handling purchase orders and expense/invoice processing in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinating and arranges all board meetings
  • Preparing documentation and takes minutes at all board meetings
  • Providing administrative support for project work

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive Personal Assistant experience gained within an Investment Bank or Financial services institution working to senior level
  • Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrating a passion for quality and attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work flow, demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to drive assignments autonomously and interact self-confidently with senior management, demonstrating resilience
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office), email application and basic experience of working with databases
  • Ability to work well in virtual teams in Matrix organizations
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Ability to problem solve and also to be solution focused
