We are looking for an experienced Pitcher Application Support Engineer / Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team and support enterprise CRM solutions within the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain.

? Experience: 8+ Years in Salesforce | 3+ Years in Pitcher
Key Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with the Pitcher platform and Salesforce CRM; expertise in Pitcher Census, Coaching, Connect, Consent, Impact, Sales, Zero, and Admin; strong knowledge of Salesforce Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Sales Cloud; experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise application integrations; production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis; knowledge of HCP/HCO management, territory management, and field sales enablement; experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, Git, and release management. Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical CRM experience preferred.
