Description
FLINE develops interactive breathalyzer stations designed to provide a quick and accessible way for people to check their alcohol level. The stations can be used in public spaces, events, hospitality venues, and other environments where responsible drinking and road safety are a priority.
The objective of this mission is to convince approximately 20 establishments to install a Fline interactive breathalyzer station as part of a project conducted in Portugal (Lisboa 10 & Porto 10) for a renewable term of 1 year (but TBD). An establishment shall be considered "convinced" once the establishment has given its written confirmation.
A listing of establishments with contact details will be communicated to the agent. This will serve as the main base.
The fundamental principle behind convincing an establishment is to transform it into a partner within a prevention network. Since the deployment is entirely funded by external partner(s) (Autoridade Nacional de Segurança Rodoviária (ANSR)), the device is offered to the establishment free of charge and without legal commitment; therefore, there is no transfer of liability. In return, the establishment is required to care for the device with due diligence.
The mission must be completed within a fixed timeframe of TBD. The fixed nature of this duration is essential to the mission's success. However, the agent shall have full autonomy regarding the methods used to achieve the mission. The canvassing process may be conducted in person, by telephone, or by any other means.
To assist the agent in their mission, a series of tools will be provided, including:

- Two-pager PDF
Furthermore, the agent will be supported by a dedicated company representative to provide guidance or adapt the strategy should the mission's progress warrant it.
Once the target number of convinced establishments is reached, the agent must contact each participating establishment to set an installation date consistent with the company’s defined roadmap.
The rate per convinced establishment is set to 200 euros.
