The Analytics Lead will develop predictive models to understand and forecast along with predicting the value of their customers over historic periods
This is a highly analytical role that requires an in depth knowledge of both descriptive and predictive modelling within a marketing function.
To be eligible for this role you will have the following experience:
- 5 years plus using a variety of SAS algorithms and modules but open to applying these in alternative technology such as World Programming System (WPS) etc
- Matlab or R or SAS
- 3-5 years' experience of SQL
- Experience in descriptive modelling and k-means clustering for segmentation
- Predictive modelling experience
- Must be able to produce high quality documentation and be able to present clearly to a non-technical audience
- Able to lead / guide junior analysts
It is likely the successful individual will have a degree in one of the following fields: Mathematics; Economics; Engineering; Physics; Actuarial Science (although not an absolute requirement); or 3+ years in a position proactively analysing data (extraction / manipulation / modelling / reporting).
