My client, a large public sector body, is looking to recruit a Press Officer to work in their London based office.
The Press Officer will be responsible for media handling on a range of issues across the specific press office desk's portfolio, reporting directly to the Senior Communications Officer.
The following experience is essential:
- Experience of working on high profile media relations in a busy press office or news media environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proven track record of providing effective media handling advice to senior figures.
- Public sector or Government experience.
