Presales Consultant - Contact Centre/UCCE/UCCX/ICM - Home Based
Our client has an urgent requirement for a Presales Consultant who will be responsible for developing broad, integrated Contact Centre technical strategies and architecture.
Develop the detailed designs underneath the technical architecture.
Act as a senior pre-Sales technical lead for the design team, and retain high level technical ownership and accountability for of this architecture throughout the design and delivery process.
You will have:-

Demonstrable success in a Presales role.

Extensive experience of developing technical architectures and strategies, with a particular focus on the Contact Centre space.

A proven track record in working in a consultative manner at a senior level with Clients.

A strong technical background across a broad range of Contact Centre and related 3rd party products
