Pricing Process Analyst - Spreadsheet SpecialistBrookwood are seeking a Pricing Process Analyst on a contract basis, for a well-established organisation in London.
This role will be remote to begin with and then transition into being based in Central London. The contract is for around 6 months initially, with possibility of further extensions.
The day rate for this role rom £323 - £408 per day, dependent on previous experience
The role works closely with internal stakeholders to support and manage price and contract preparation, and manages product pricing and processes that meet customer needs and aligns with business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- CSM Commercial Support
- Data Input into customer contracts in preparation for the sales organisation to present to clients
- Liaise with sales team to make adjustments to allocations as necessary
- Build a fully automated end to end process within Excel for product entry sheets and delivery into the billing and fulfilment organisation
- Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies
- Provide guidance for offshore contract preparation teams
- Build view of the demand pipeline and plan workload accordingly
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including complex formulae, Macro and VBA
- Collaborate cross-functionality with billing and fulfilment teams to ensure the product catalogue accurately reflects correct data
- Experience documenting repeatable processes and writing detailed work instructions
- Experience managing and prioritising requests from the sales organisation
- Excellent internal customer relations skills
- Ability to manage own workload and adhere to strict deadlines
