Our client requires a Principal Database Campaign Executive to work onsite in St Albans.
Responsibilities:
Client Services
- Ensure team are consistently delivering a high efficiency, low risk and transparent campaign execution capability
- Accountable for all campaign outputs within assigned account(s)
- Ensuring that the team (direct or Matrix) consistently exceeds client expectations on delivery of service and value produced from the practice
- Consistently question and create new efficiencies within operational process framework
- Consistently seek to reduce risk associated with all campaign outputs - Team Management
- Utilise, develop and retain 'best in class' people reflecting core values of Decision Science team
- Ensure team (direct, indirect or Matrix reports) meet billable & recoverable targets for assigned account(s) and/or projects(s)
- Ensure team complete CCN based work to budget
- Identify and resolve competency gaps
- Develop and maintain career roadmaps for all direct and indirect reports - Quality Control
- Working in line with best practice Quality Assurance processes to recognise & minimise errors in campaign related outputs:
- Development and roll out of robust and efficient Quality Assurance frameworks across assigned account(s) or processes
- Ensure secure handling of all sensitive data in line with company and industry best practice
- Ensure stakeholders have a clear, high-level understanding of business rules applied to a marketing campaign
Skills/Experience Required:
- At least 4-years' experience of managing and executing complex multi-channel marketing campaigns
- At least 1-years' experience in line management of more than 2 individuals (direct or indirect)
- Expert practical knowledge of campaign management and deployment toolsets
- Understanding of database management techniques, data structures and supporting technical infrastructure to maximise campaign management effectiveness
- Ability to work under a Matrix management structure
- Experience in dealing with clients in a consultative capacity
- Experience in preparing for and delivering strong presentations to clients or prospective clients
- Experience of managing small marketing projects or change programmes with clear objectives and strong business benefits
- Understanding of key third party datasets
- High-level Understanding of key marketing concepts eg Acquisition, Churn, Retention etc.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills: ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- The ability to liaise with individuals and groups at all levels and across multiple locations
- Good influencing and negotiating skills - the ability to and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - be an articulate, positive and professional communicator
- High degree of drive, energy, self-confidence, commitment and flexibility appropriate to a merit-based, client-facing environment.
- Self-motivated and results oriented individual with excellent numeracy & analytical skills.
