Description
An excellent opportunity has become available for a Principal Network Solutions Architect within the team that provides a research, maintenance, development and support service for the Authority's enterprise Hikvision CCTV, Cisco Voice and Data communication networks, and Checkpoint Firewalls.
You must have excellent technical and communication skills, with current experience of configuring, installing and supporting local and wide area infrastructures within a large Digital & ICT enterprise environment.
This is a highly technical support position and as such requires a competent and capable person with current experience of configuring, developing and supporting across a breath of technologies, as well as knowledge of security standards across a range of service areas including PCI, PSN, HSCN
You should also have achieved appropriate accreditation's to a minimum of CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) level, or be able to demonstrate equivalent technical working knowledge of Cisco, Microsoft and security networking within a large enterprise network.
In addition to taking a lead technical role within the team, you will be required to support the management of the team and to mentor other team members, plus liaise with customers and suppliers
