Our client, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting is currently seeking a number of Process Engineers based in Krakow, Poland. WebEx interviews and immediate starts. You can work remotely until the COVID-19 travel restrictions are limited, before working on-site in Krakow.
Process Engineer with great sense of ownership and analysis skills who can identify process gaps. One should be able to evaluate and understand existing system and think on the areas of improvement to reduce repetitive tasks, reduce manual load.
Your responsibilities which are not limited to
- Designing, running, testing and upgrading processes.
- Review process and look for automation/efficiency opportunities. Few areas:
- CAB Process.
- Intake to change process.
- Joint change process.
- SIM Change process.
- Routing change process.
- FRCR process.
- Change Deployment Process.
- Provide support and guidance to team.
Essential Skills
- 6+ years of experience as Process Engineer.
- Proven experience in streamlining various processes such as CAB, SSL, FRCR etc.
- Knowledge of GCP - Google Cloud Platform.
- Should have insight to streamline cost of ownership detail gathering.
- Need to focus on Security vulnerability process mapped and efficient.
- Critical/Logical thinking.
- Commercial awareness.
- Analytical and Negotiation skills.
- Work with Automation engineer to give them inputs on areas to be automated.
- Good co-ordination skills.
- Good documentation skills - requirement.
- Good communication skills.
