Description

Process Engineer - Cell culture vacancy for our Neuchatel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:
  • Supporting process validation activities including writing PPQ protocols, leading execution in close collaboration with the manufacturing team and writing PPQ reports
  • Implementing process characterization and validation studies in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Conducting experiments and analyzing data to improve process robustness, productivity, and yield
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance process performance
  • Managing multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant setting


Your experience/knowledge:
  • 3+ years of experience in cell culture area for recombinant protein
  • High-level knowledge of cGMP and quality requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and statistical methods
  • University degree in biotechnology, engineering or a relative field
  • Language skills: English and French - fluent in written and spoken

  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
